Dear North American Invasive Species Management Association (NAISMA) Community,

It is with very mixed emotions that I am writing to let you know that I have decided to close this chapter of my life as Executive Director of NAISMA and pass the baton to a new leader of the organization to spend more time with my family. My kids are growing up too fast and I would like to have more time with them at this point in our lives.

As I reflect on my nearly 6 years with this organization, I am so proud of the work that we have done together. Our amazing staff, board of directors, committees, members, partners, supporters, program participants, and conference attendees are what make NAISMA the strong, forward-thinking community that it is.

Thank you for giving your support and energy to improve invasive species management in North America and beyond. 

We are now accepting applications for a new Executive Director, who may work remotely from anywhere in North America. I would appreciate it if you could forward our job announcement to your network.
