We are continuing to process requested refunds for registrants that had registered for our in-person event before we transitioned to a virtual only format.
Three 3 days of virtual conference content include:
- Stream in-person keynotes and conference sessions all 3 mornings of the in-person event
- Virtual conference sessions in the afternoons
- All-access pass to virtual exhibit hall
- Complimentary tote bag with take-home gift will be sent to you
- State pesticide CECs for some states and national associations TBD

Cancellation Policy: 100% up until September 3th. After September 3rd, we will provide a 50% refund for cancellation. After September 10th, we will provide a 25% refund.

COVID-19 policy: in-person attendees who decide to switch their registration to virtual and receive a refund for the difference up until September 3rd. After September 10, in-person registrations can be switched to virtual but no refund will be given.
