NAISMA invites proposals for special sessions at the conference. These sessions are organized and facilitated by the submitter and focus on a specific topic or theme. Proposals should include an agenda outlining the session topic/theme, format (e.g., panel, workshop, or organized presentations), desired duration, potential speakers or contributors, and anticipated audience size. If accepted, the submitter is responsible for recruiting speakers, developing a logistics outline, and facilitating the session. Proposals are reviewed by the Agenda Committee, and selected submitters will work with a committee member to finalize session details.
