New appointees serve until the next Annual General Meeting and may then stand for election to a full three-year term.

Re-nomination and term limits

Maximum service

Directors may serve up to three sets of two consecutive terms, for a total potential service of 18 years.

Consecutive terms

After completing a first three-year term, a Director may be re-nominated for a second consecutive term.
