Mara Rice, Government Relations Manager, NAISMA
Mara has been NAISMA’s Government Relations Manager since November 2024. She holds a Master of Public Policy (MPP) from the University of California San Diego, with concentrations in Environmental Policy and Inequality & Social Policy, and BAs in English and anthropology from the University of Vermont. She brings a combination of experience in federal consulting, local government, and Congressional affairs. Her primary issue areas are energy and environment, transportation and infrastructure, and agriculture.
