The conference itself will take place at Harrah’s Lake Tahoe, where a discounted room block is available for attendees. Just across the street, the Margaritaville Resort Lake Tahoe will also offer a special group rate, giving you flexibility and convenience no matter your preference.

Important Transportation Update for Annual Conference Attendees
Getting to and from the Annual Conference this year might take a little extra planning! Due to limited availability of rideshare services like Lyft and Uber in the Lake Tahoe area, we strongly encourage attendees to arrange alternative transportation in advance.
For your convenience, the South Tahoe Airporter offers a reliable shuttle service between Reno-Tahoe International Airport and select Lake Tahoe locations, including Stateline.
